Well Child Visits – Preventive Care

For first time parents or even parents having children for the second, third or fourth time, keeping up with your child’s wellness visits can often be a challenge.  An essential part of your child’s wellness visit includes routine immunizations.  To better understand what you can expect for your child during their wellness visit, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) put together a chart of recommended immunizations for children from Birth through 6 Years Old.   Most health plans offer this service at no charge to the member.
