STATEMENT OF TRUSTS NON-FIDUCIARY SERVICES
In relation to Trust services, West Coast Group Benefits (WCGB) provides only non-fiduciary ministerial services specific to Trust offerings extended to participating employer group members of the contracted Trust. It is the position of WCGB that services provided are specified and specific to a list of non-fiduciary services for which WCGB is paid a reasonable vetted fee prescribed by industry standards and in accordance applicable to Federal guidelines. WCGB does not provide financial advice or act in any capacity as an interested party for additional commissions or compensation that would be enhanced by volume, product sales or advice.

Compensation Statement
West Coast Group Benefits’ (WCGB) compensation is a fee set, vetted and determined by the Trustees in their fiduciary capacity, in relation to the ERISA Trusts, for non-fiduciary ministerial services only as specified by the Trustees and stated in the Trust service agreement (contract). WCGB is not paid or compensated by any outside or other entity for stated services or any other services related to the products offered by the Trusts. WCGB is not involved and does not participate or provide any other internal or external related services or functions to Trust employer group or employees of participating employer group members of the Trusts.
The scope of all services provided, as well as compensation, are vetted and approved by the Trustees under their fiduciary capacity and responsibility. WCGB has no discretionary authority, and only provides the services that were contracted by the Trustees as fiduciaries, for the Trust and exclusively for the benefit of the Trust participating members.
