Our Principles
West Coast Group Benefits was founded in 2002 as a result of a newly formed partnership between Patrick J. Flynn and Phil Piel, Sr. This partnership brings with it over 60 years of combined employee benefit expertise.
The staff of West Coast Group Benefits is made up of seasoned professionals with the knowledge and proven ability to provide exceptional brokerage and account management services. Our marketing philosophy revolves around the principles of integrity, aggressive representation, and clear results.
Our goal is to become a long-term partner with our clients to help design and implement effective employee benefit programs.
